The underlying SoupServer.
When constructing a PhodavServer, an already configured
SoupServer may be given, with listeners, TLS certificates or
auth domains set up for example. When no server is provided,
a new one is created.
phodav registers its DAV handlers at PhodavServer:base-path.
When the server carries handlers of the embedding application, set PhodavServer:base-path to a prefix that no other handler
covers, and leave that subtree to phodav.
